How it Works - Bar & Restaurant
Trivia isn't only fun for your patrons, it's also a great way to bring in new business. We bring teams in on what is usually an off night for the bar and keep them there for a solid 2 to 3 hours. The competition will keep them coming back week after week.
Please contact us for bar statistics and owner references.
Examples
Tracking Sheet - This is given out to teams to keep track of the announced categories as well as their past wagers.
Photo Round - At half time, teams are given a photo round to test their skills. Subjects range from brand logos, to vice presidents, to album covers, to baseball stadiums, and more.

A: You want your wait staff to be friends with your customers. Being an unrelated entity, we can make trivia more competitive by being completely unbiased in our judgment. The flip-side of this is your wait staff can "help out" their tables/patrons building a better relationship, keeping them coming back. All of this means more return business for you, a more loyal customer base, and increased tips for your staff.

A: Between questions, teams have the length of 1 song to answer the question. This allows them to also drink, eat and socialize more, keeping them in your establishment for longer. We also take song requests with each turned-in answer.

A: Including setup, registration, play, and tear-down, approximately 3 hours. If your establishment serves food, it's best to start trivia right after your dinner rush so your normal dinner patrons can eat but also your trivia patrons can plan their dinner around trivia time.

A: To start, we will run a trial period with your establishment to see if there is enough of a crowd draw for you. This usually takes a few weeks to get people to invite more to go via word of mouth. During this period we will also advertise for you. Then we will negotiate a time and payment contract.

A: Usually the bar/restaurant puts up the prizes for first, second, and third places. Teams are for up to 6 people, so a gift certificates to the bar/restaurant make the most sense: people win and you get return business.
